How to change your life in just 5 days.

By now you’ve probably heard about or at least noticed that I’m offering a free 5 day sneak peek of my signature program. You may be on the fence about signing up, and that’s okay! So what tools come in this toolbox?

Let me start by saying that I don’t just hand you everything and give you a “good luck” wave off. The way it’s structured right now is that we do live weekly “webinars”; you get me explaining that week’s focus, guiding you through the exercises, answering questions you may have, and finally, making sure you understand and feel okay about the homework.

Now, the tools.

  • We’ll explore your story. How do you tell it? How do you portray your character? We’ll determine if it’s true, if it’s the one you want to be telling, and what parts of it you’d like to change. As all stories have three parts, we’ll start here at the beginning.

  • Perhaps most importantly, we’re going to dig right into why you even want to consider changing anything about your lifestyle in the first place.

  • The language and tone of your story set the entire foundation. We’ll take a deep look at the words you use, the tone that you have set, and how to shift your language to support the story you want to tell.

  • How can your story reflect the true you if you don’t even know what you want your story to reflect? You’ll learn to identify your core values, understand why those are your core values, and really lean into how to start putting those into practice in your every day life in order to feel aligned and balanced.

  • Who are the characters in your story? Who plays leading roles and who are the supporting cast? Have they earned the place they’re in or is there some reassignment of roles that needs to be done? You’ll learn how to identify the best players for the roles and how to confidently make the rearrangements needed to best support you, the main character.

  • Your new story is ready to be proofread! Reading the new version can feel terrifying and uncomfortable when you’re not used to it. We’ll work on how to walk into a room full of new people and feel good about telling your authentic, genuine story.

Are we actually writing a story? No, this is not a writing course. But what we are doing is uncovering the story that you’ve been telling yourself all these years and learning how it’s been holding you back. We’ll get to the core of why you want to even change your life, how your life now is impacting you and how your life is going to begin to look before this program is even over.
