If you don’t use it, you lose it.
Never have truer words been spoken. I experienced this first hand when I stopped teaching fitness full time. Stretching regularly was no longer part of my daily routine, and my flexibility, mobility, and balance were the first things to go!
Don’t let this happen to you!
Flexibility and mobility are imperative to incorporate into every single day in order to keep it long term. Think of it like self care for your muscles, tendons, and fascia - the system that protects and stabilizes all of these, plus your organs.
While a group stretch sesh is a great way to maintain, a personalized approach is even better. It can improve the ease of your daily tasks of living, your ability to move and play the way you want to, improve your recovery time after work outs, or lead you to living a healthier, more active lifestyle…even if that’s not on your radar yet.
When you come in for your first appointment, we’ll do an assessment of your current flexibility and mobility. From there I’ll lead you through stretches and micro movements, assisting you through them, and create a program that is just for you and your goals.
This is for you if:
