What to expect:

You’ll book your test online, and the test will be shipped directly to you. You’ll collect your hair and saliva samples. If you’re nervous about the hair, no worries! You can plan around a haircut and use of that, take it from your arms or legs, or even use your fingernail clippings. You’ll do a quick 30 second swab of the inside of your cheeks, and then you’re done!

Results typically come back in about 2 weeks. I’ll reach out and let you know it’s time to schedule your virtual follow up. Plan for 30-45 minutes, as we go through your results in depth. Feel free to ask questions as we go!

You’ll leave with recipes based on your results to get you started, and a plan with realistic and attainable lifestyle recommendations - body movement, natural remedies, supplements, etc.
